This policy explains how RehearsalIQ handles personal information in connection with rehearsaliq.com and inquiries sent to us. It covers this marketing website; any future simulation platform, customer account, or contracted service may have separate privacy terms.

1. Information handled through this website

Technical information. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser and device information, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs to deliver the website, maintain reliability, and protect against abuse.

Inquiry form. When you select “Send inquiry,” your name, work email, organization, interest, and optional message are transmitted over HTTPS to our website’s server function. We use Resend to deliver the inquiry to webform@rehearsaliq.com. Your email address is used as the reply address. The website does not save inquiries in a separate website database; copies are processed by the delivery service and retained in our business email system. Delivery references and technical errors may be logged to troubleshoot sending.

Email correspondence. When you email us, we receive your email address, message, any attachments, and information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details, sensitive personal information, or confidential incident data.

2. How information is used

Information is used to deliver and secure the website, troubleshoot problems, respond to inquiries and privacy requests, discuss demos or partnerships you request, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to business inquiries, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or legal obligations, as appropriate. Where consent is required for a particular activity, we will seek it.

3. Cookies, analytics, and Google Fonts

The website code currently does not set advertising or analytics cookies, install analytics trackers, or save form entries in local storage. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and secure requests.

Our styles load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google to retrieve font styles and files, which may disclose your IP address and request information to Google. Read Google Fonts privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Vercel for website hosting, Resend for contact-form email delivery, and GoDaddy/Microsoft 365 business email services for correspondence. Resend processes the inquiry contents and email addresses to deliver messages. See Resend’s Privacy Policy. Email security or delivery providers may also process messages as part of that service. This website has no personal-information sale, advertising-sharing, or targeted-advertising functionality. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or at your direction.

5. Retention and security

Form entries are not retained in a website database. Submitted inquiries are processed by Resend and retained in our business email system; delivery records are subject to provider retention processes. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Hosting and email providers apply their own retention and backup processes. You may ask us about retention or request deletion using the contact below.

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. International processing

Hosting, font delivery, and email services may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and the laws that apply; the provider notices linked above describe their practices.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can browse without completing the form, choose what information to include in an inquiry, and manage cookies or external requests through your browser settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to exceptions. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a suitable verification method.
